    POSITION:
    GENERALISTS/WRITERS/


    LANGUAGE SPECIALISTS

    TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Creating training data sets for AI models that will help the models improve fluency, coherence, and voice.
    • Annotating data to help AI models align with human values.
    • Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of expert generated training data and AI model generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
    • Collaborating with cross functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate on the AI models.
    • Contributing to evolving specifications for LLM training and data recipes.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in any field
    • Excellent English writing skills
    • Strong understanding of English grammar, syntax, and semantics
    • Well honed internet research skills.
    • Can join IMMEDIATELY and can work FULL-TIME.
