Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Orders & Customer Experience Junior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and fulfilment cycle by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order processing activities.This position involves validating customer documentation, verifying order details, creating inventory reservations and sales orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing. The role also involves managing post-shipment concerns, maintaining inventory tracking.
A strong focus on customer satisfaction is essential to succeed in this role.
