- Lead end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) sourcing for PC Philippines and PC Malaysia, ensuring timely and cost-effective commercialization.
- Scout and source regional suppliers (OEM/ODM, raw materials, packaging) to support growth, margin, and speed-to-market goals.
- Develop and validate should-cost, total cost of ownership, and feasibility assessments to ensure commercial and financial viability.
- Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, QA, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver NPDs on time, within cost, and to specification.
- Drive supplier negotiations, development timelines, pilot runs, and commercialization milestones.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across PH and MY.
- Conduct market and cost benchmarking, managing sourcing risks and workloads to meet launch commitments.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 8–10 years experience in Procurement, NPD Sourcing, Product or Project Management, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, cost modeling, supplier development, and project execution.
- Working knowledge of procurement and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite, SAP).
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and regionally.
- Highly results-driven, with strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
