REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree holder related to the Business Management courses.
- 2+ years' work experience in Administration, Sales, or a related domain. BPO experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in office applications and relevant software; intermediate Excel skills (Pivot/Vlookup).
- Analytical, keen attention to details with a high level of accuracy.
- Good English communication skills, both in written and verbal.
- Remarkable organizational and multi-tasking skills; highly self-motivated and independent.
- Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating positive interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
Here's what you'll be doing at work:
- Facilitate the end-to-end procurement process, including quote generation, updates, conversion, and purchase order release.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive order status reports for client accounts, coordinators, and salespeople.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and design teams to ensure accurate quote information and seamless order execution.
- Create, organize, and manage process documents to serve as valuable references.
- Liaise with clients, supervisors, and design operations to support various tasks related to sales, finance, and project management.
- Provide administrative support for sales, finance, and order management.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
