    MAIN PURPOSE

    The Marketing Executive is fully responsible in implementing MKT, PR, Digital, ECOMM strategies. Her role is to seamlessly plan and execute brand initiatives and activities to strengthen brand positioning and awareness, gain share of mind through effective strategies, creative PR buzz, use of various social media channels, consumer and other joint promotions and co-branding opportunities.

    MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Budgeting

    • Ensure that all spends are high impact, cost effective and supports marketing strategies

    Marketing

    • Supports in FY IMC planning and ensures implementation
    • Leads content planning, community management, performance analysis & execution both organic and paid in coordination with digital team
    • Establishes relationships with external groups (communities, brands, organizations, etc.) and executes partnership
    • Onboards & coordinates with external agencies (creative, ecomm, PR & digital media) from planning to post-mortem
    • Coordinates PR-related initiatives and tracks postings/mileages (KOL, Press & Media)
    • Manages events both digital and on ground in collaboration with VM & Digital teams.
    • Creates design JOs that will be sent to VM & Digital teams for asset creation (both digital and offline)
    • Creates monthly competitor reports and supports in monthly connect deck for sending to regional team
    • Collaborates with Key Accounts & Digital teams to maximize offline & online placements
    • Tapping of digital lifestyle and beauty communities and ensure adequate brand presence
    • Regular monthly collaboration and promo material seeding to retailers and mall operators and maximize social media presence
    • Weekly monitoring of competitor activities and provide insights to Brand Manager

    E-commerce

    • On-time creation of new product and promo enrolment forms to Ecommerce team
    • Track sales performance of E-commerce promotions
    • Collaborates with E-commerce enablers or in the development and maintenance of brand stores
    • Works with agency partners to optimize media spend and ensure all agreed performance KPIs are achieved in partnership with Brand Manager

    Marketing Operations/Admin

    • Ensure on-time creation of pricing enrolment
    • Coordinates with delivery of merchandising materials, seeding, samples, GWPs, etc.
    • Coordinates with suppliers for production/purchase of different items (uniform, merchandise, GWP, etc)
    • Initiates payment requests to marketing admin & finance team and tracks disbursement
    • Supports in A&P monitoring, accruals, liquidation, reimbursement, etc
    • Supports in product & promo enrollment
    • Trains BAs on brand portfolio, product launches & marketing initiatives per retailer

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    a) Abide by and perform to the best of your abilities all functions, duties and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course;

    b) Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives;

    c) Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any representative of the Company from time to time either through direct written order or by oral assignment.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Tertiary qualifications, preferably Business or Marketing-related
    • At least 3 years work experience preferably in PR, Marketing & Product Management. Experience in premium or luxury brands is an advantage
    • Be a strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial person
    • Have strong track record of consistency in market delivery
    • Have excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with key stakeholders
    • Have experience working and leading in cross-functional teams
    • Have great project management and business process design skills
