- Implement an effective IT event management process based on ITIL best practices.
- Monitor all IT events, including incidents, alerts, and system notifications, and ensure their accurate recording within the event management system.
- Analyze and prioritize events based on their potential impact on business operations and services.
- Coordinate and Collaborate with various IT teams to investigate and resolve events in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Identify and promptly escalate critical events to appropriate stakeholders. Including senior management if necessary.
- Develop and maintain event management dashboards, reports, and metrics to track and communicate the status and performance of IT Events.
- Conduct regular reviews and analysis of event management processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Collaborate with other IT service management processes, such as incident management, problem management, and change management, to ensure effective coordination and communication.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT event management, preferably in a similar role.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and respond to events based on their impact and urgency.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components like networks, servers, databases, and applications.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (24/7) including Weekends and Holidays.
- Willing to work in the office at least 3x times per week
