- Technical changes based on the service request and impact assessment for the minor (Arcadis Oracle ERs) and major (mini projects) CI items within the G&I domain for the development of an application.
- Writing and updating technical configurations (Ex: object triggers, functions, workflows) and design documents (Ex: solution architecture) as per the Arcadis defined process to arrange it for the change management process through the Change Request submission.
- Extending and configuring application extensions to support new business model changes.
- Configuring and maintaining native and/or custom integrations between Oracle applications and/or non-Oracle systems.
- Working directly with the G&I product owner(/BPE) to understand the business requirements and then collaborate with the functional solution manager and scrum team to deliver the backlogs.
- Identifying technical improvements areas in the monthly sprints and propose the industry standard solutions.
- Collaborates and communicates proactively with Operations BPOs, BPEs, KBUs, and EUs in Growth & Innovation to ensure the applications meet current and future business needs.
- Collaborates with the Product owners, Domain Director, Functional and cross domain Technical Solution Manager(s), Sprint Team, change management team for production deployments to ensure that the technical solution changes meet the business needs and easy maintenance.
- Collaborates with wider OOO team to ensure consistency and standards followed for documentations and approach.
- Ensures global standardization and cohesion in the Oracle Cloud solution across business units with a focus on business efficiency and user experienceâ by working out the detailed requirements mapping with an efficient application solution.
- Demonstrates business process knowledge and relevant Oracle domain knowledge to efficiently deliver on Oracle solutions.
- Supports Arcadis 3rd party vendors in assessing & validating proposed solutions and /or creates proposed solutions to address incidents/problems to support the service management team to deliver the fixes as per business demand to gain and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Lead Oracle quarterly update with effectively working with the test manager and business key users.
- Join the relevant Oracle support calls and contribute your knowledge to get it resolve product related issues following standard Oracle support escalations process.
- Join Oracle support sessions to actively influence Oracle product development and thereby improving business efficiency.
- Collaborates with Product Owners, BPOs, BPEs, and OOO C/I Director to design and deliver continuous improvement projects in relevant Oracle domain portfolio.
- Conduct POCs, technical design review and organize workshops with product owners to perform fit/gap analysis.
- Technical and functional solution development, documentations and including functional unit testing to ensure that solutions follow the best design practices and easy maintenance.
- Partnership with other OEA Lanes, Teams, and OOO Domains to exceed business expectations.
- Oracle application development solution decisions with OOO Lane.
- Oracle Quarterly Update testing with OOO Test Manager and KBUs.
- Oracle SOP and training materials for business.
- SME in Oracle CRM Sales Cloud and other CRM CX suite applications, knowledge with Oracle ERP, HCM and non-Oracle platforms (Sharepoint, Azure DevOps etc).
- In-depth knowledge of the technical solution architecture of Oracle Fusion Suite
- In-depth knowledge of applications integrations with the ability to assess an impact of change. Good knowledge of ODI and OIC, as well as real time REST API data integration models is a plus.
- Ability to work on Continuous Improvement (minor enhancements) & business projects when needed.
- Ability to review, write and update technical configuration and design documents.
- Experience with Azure Dev/Ops and Agile way of working.
- Working Experience with Scrum master / product owner. The ability to transform user requirements into user stories & perform the development and handover it to deployment team.

- Must have: Knowledge of implementing and extending Oracle Redwood UX using Visual Builder Cloud Service and Visual Builder Studio, good knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud / SQL /Data tables/ OTBI / BI Publisher / OAC (advantageous) , sandbox process.
- Bachelorâs or masterâs relevant degree or equivalent work experience & practical knowledge
- 5 years of proven hands-on experience an Oracle Sales Cloud SME/Consultant with 80% technical and 20% functional with the knowledge of working experience with cross domains.
- 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in application development and integrations cloud (OIC) along with deployments experience from one environment to another environment.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java Programming, Groovy, OSC specific APIs, REST API, JavaScript, JSON and React JS, SQL, XML, VBCS.
- Data Loads/Data Imports & Exports, Workspace, Data security Roles & Privileges, Sales Territories
- Lead Scoring and Management, Opportunity Management, Account & Contact Management
