    Responsibilities:1.Maintain the building, its facilities, machineries, and amenities 2.Prepare rooms for move-in conditions3.Fix problems to working order4.Inspect rooms for move-out clearance5.Multi-task and assist in other matters when called forQualifications:1.Knowledge or expertise in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, tiling, welding, masonry, aircon maintenance and the like2.Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Short Course Certificate, or any equivalent3.Male or female, not over 50 years old4.With at least 2 yrs.

    experience in maintenance or utility work5.Normal vision and hearing6.Vices like smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited7.Must have a positive work attitude, flexible, hard working with good customer service and willing to learn8.FREE LODGING IS PROVIDED FOR9.
