    About Our Client

    Our client is a leading multinational company in the renewable energy sector.

    Job Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for O&M activities across the solar sites in the Philippines
    • Identify and manage O&M contractors and contracts.
    • Schedule and carryout O&M activities - in coordination with O&M Contractors and Client representatives.
    • Track O&M contractor performance and ensure maintenance and performance KPIs are met.
    • Participate and lead discussions with local clients, contractors, grid operator and associated stake holders as required to ensure proper completion of assigned activities.
    • Ensure Total HSE standards are adhered to in operational sites.
    • Communication: Local Language communication - to be able to communicate with O&M Contractors, Customers, utility companies and their personnel. English communication - be able to send verbal and written reports to regional office.

    Other responsibilities:

    • Plan and schedule O&M activities across Total solar DG sites in the Philippines
    • Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards.
    • Maintain O&M documentation.
    • Provide operational information of solar or ESS to support technical team.
    • Track Plant KPI - and create measures to mitigate any short fall.
    • Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met.
    • Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office.
    • Other tasks as assigned by reporting line manager
    • Send period reports as requested.
    • Travel as required to project and related locations

    The Successful Applicant

    KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related fields.
    • Minimum 2 years of work experience in O&M activity or minimum 1 year in solar.
    • Experience in operation of battery storage system is plus but not mandatory.
    • Travel in the Philippines on regular basis and as assigned.
    • Good in English both written, listening and speaking.
