    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

    The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.

    ResponsibilitiesAssist customers by attending to their queries, concerns, and complaints through phone callProject the company image by providing excellent customer serviceAct as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries, taking in product orders, and handling consumer complaintsProvide customers with accurate product information and even make sales in certain situations, such as encouraging customers to upgrade to better productsOther duties assigned by the immediate supervisorRequirementsWith at least a year of relevant experience in Customer ServiceHas an excellent phone disposition, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenEnjoys customer interaction and takes the extra mile to engage customersExperience in e-Commerce, Online Retail, and/or Catalog Retailer service experience is an advantage but not required
