- Ensures end-to-end solution cohesion and correctness
- Designs and takes responsibility of the governance for an integrated system that meets the product-owner's vision
- Assesses the systems architecture currently in place and works with technical staff to continually improve it
- Provides leadership and guidance to the team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans
- Owns the specifications and requirements into the systems architecture
- Assists the Product Owners / functional resources with requirements gathering and provides design guidance
- Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to translate the critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations
- Possesses deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform including Finance and Operations, and/or Customer Engagement with the a particular strength in identifying what can be delivered out of the box and when it is fitting to use custom development
- Work with clients on their Microsoft cloud adoption strategy
- Creating high level architectural designs based on customer requirements
- Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect's cloud adoption needs
- Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Technical Architects
- Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team
- Showcase our propositions to customers via online webinars and face to face workshops
- Engage with stakeholders and ensure our solutions are understood throughout the firm
- Engage with customers on a long-term basis and drive Microsoft Azure adoption
- Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare and contrast solutions
- Create collateral and GTM (go-to-market) ideas to enhance our offering in the marketplace
- Work on proposals and RFI's alongside the sales and pre-sales teams
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses
- Has at least 5 years in-depth experience with Azure Platform, Power Platform, Business Applications such as Dynamics 365 CRM, F&O, SCM
- With experience in Integration Patterns, Object Oriented Design, Test Driven Development, DevOps
- Able to lead the module in large scale implementations
- With experience or knowledge of how to modernize applications and processes using the Azure platform and technologies
- Has relevant Microsoft certifications and trainings
- Has experience on data management tools, training, and testing tools
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and must demonstrate collaboration and teamwork, is innovative and constantly seeks improvement
- Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure documents are consistent in language, terminology and style
