- Identify risks and dependencies associated with the solution architecture. Assess potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, industry regulations, and security protocols. Adhere to architectural governance processes, review boards, and change management procedures.
- Design solutions that can scale efficiently to accommodate future growth and increased workloads. Optimize performance by identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks, implementing caching strategies, and recommending appropriate hardware configurations or cloud resources.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in solution architecture. Continuously improve knowledge and skills through self-learning, training, and participation in professional communities.
- Proficiency in designing and documenting system architectures, including knowledge of architectural styles, patterns, and principles.
- Familiarity with various programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure.
- Expertise in integrating systems using technologies such as APIs, web services (SOAP, REST), messaging systems (MQ, AMQP), and data integration (ETL, ESB).
- Proficiency in database design, optimization, and management, knowledge of different database systems (relational and NoSQL), understanding of data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
- Understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and practices.
- Understanding of data analytics and business intelligence concepts.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation). Knowledge of configuration management and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) to manage and provision infrastructure resources.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, designing and implementing complex technology solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of solution architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong expertise in software development, system integration, and database design.
- Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Relevant certifications in solution architecture or related domains (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) is a plus.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices is desirable.
