Position Overview
The Marketing Strategist is a cross-channel planner responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
This role serves as the bridge between campaign goals, creative development, media execution, and cross-functional teams. You will own campaign planning from brief to execution, ensuring that each initiative is aligned, on-message, and optimized across all touchpoints.
This is a strategic AND executional role, ideal for someone who can think in full-funnel journeys, use data to guide decisions, and collaborate with multiple marketing and creative partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign planning, or integrated marketing.
- Experience building multichannel strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (paid media, social, analytics).
- Experience working with creative teams to develop messaging, content, and campaign materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or recruitment marketing.
- Understanding of U.S. audiences and community engagement strategies.
- Experience supporting field or local marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, SEO, or analytics tools.
