A Marketing Strategist develops and executes data-driven marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. This role blends market research, competitive analysis, creative messaging, and performance tracking to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Define target audiences and build detailed buyer personas
- Plan and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, social, email, paid media, events)
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize based on KPIs
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new market segments
- Monitor industry trends and adjust strategy accordingly
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or digital marketing
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
