- Effectively and efficiently source, screen and endorse niche IT and Non-IT talents to Atticus clients in a timely manner
- Provide in-depth market data to Atticus Clients and Operation Leaders in matters related to the talent labor pool, competitors, and salary
- Serve as the main Point of Contact for specific clients.
- Communicate with the clients/external stakeholders to track the movement of the application of the candidates.
- Build a robust pipeline or talent supply of passive and active niche IT candidates in the company's Applicant
- Tracking System which will serve as future talents, candidate references, and historical artifacts.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Supervisor by supporting and providing suggestions and initiatives on recruitment process improvements and policies.
- Coach and mentor recruitment associates' members in the areas of performance management and wellbeing
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual individual, departmental, and company KPIs such as target hires, time to fill, quality of hires, candidate retention as well as client and application satisfaction surveys.
- Ensure attendance at company meetings, training, and events.
- Timely update and track all candidates especially those bound for job offer and onboarding to Recruitment Supervisor and HR Services Team.
- Ensure adherence to company protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Embody, promote, and remind employees of the company culture and core values.
- Provide timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment reports as requested by business leaders.
- At least 2 and up of strong end-to-end recruitment experience (recruiting niche accounting and non-IT talents.).
- Good to excellent stakeholder/client management skills with superior customer-centricity
- Above average to excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven skills in multitasking and project management
- Preferably with experience in coaching and mentoring junior teammates on the best practices in recruitment.
- Above average to excellent interpersonal skills
- Great attitude and believes in teamwork.
- Good work ethics, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Preferably knowledgeable in using project and task management systems like and other similar systems but not required.
- Preferably knowledgeable in using Google Workspace, Slack, and other PMS software but not required
- Preferably graduates of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any Business Management course
- Preferably can start ASAP
