- Graduate of any college degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related degree.
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience as a Recruiter.
- Must have 2-3 experience in sourcing, recruiting and pre-screening for both volume and targeted roles in financials, operations, credit, audit, and other non-technical support units .
- Must have experience in Boolean Searching.
- Must be proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Able to prepare simple monitoring reports.
- Proven experience with recruitment tools and best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks, to identify potential Relationship Manager/Associate candidates or similar roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and relationship-building.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and understanding of banking and financial services.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific staffing needs and objectives.
- Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure a strong employer brand presence in the market.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining open communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and changes in the job market to advise on recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
