- Develop and implement mass recruitment strategies for call center agents, team leaders, QA analysts, and support staff
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments, offer, onboarding)
- Coordinate walk-in drives, campus hiring, and bulk hiring campaigns
- Maintain strong talent pipelines to meet ramp-up and client expansion needs
- Partner with operations managers to understand headcount forecasts and skill requirements
- Monitor recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate)
- Ensure background verification and pre-employment checks
- In coordination with Operations, forecast manpower requirements based on client contracts and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Plan recruitment timelines for new process transitions and ramp-ups
- Coordinate with operations for batch scheduling
- Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies
- Support shift planning and workforce optimization
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
