Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Quickbooks, computer literate.
Oversees the day to day functions of All Departments.
Review and Approval of all Expenses, Budgets, Payroll, Vat(BIR), Mandatory
Supervision and review of Staff to maintain accuracy and up to date records of all transactions and financial records
Review of all records in QB, daily transactions, payments, bank deposits(collections) and withdrawals, rtv's/credit memos and it's supporting documents
Reviews Bank Reconciliation
Reviews all reports of AP(Expenses), AR(Receivables), Collections(Aging and receivables), Warehouse(Inventories, Deliveries, RTV's)
Prepares Financial Statements
Prepares Monthly Profit and Loss Statements
Maintain internal control and effective accounting system and company policies
Assisting of all staff in proper usage, and gaining more knowledge in using QB
Comparative report with variance analysis
Create proper format for reports of each staff
Reports directly with the Finance Manager & CEO,
Reliever of staffs handled, in the absence of the said personnel in their assigned position
