The
EXPERIENCE DESIGNER for CRYPTO & WEALTH
will leverage deep knowledge in fintech and user-centered design to craft industry-leading experiences for the company's wealth ecosystem. You will lead the design execution for Crypto, Stocks, Mutual Funds, and Insurance products, transforming complex financial instruments into intuitive, accessible, and delightful digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders to build high-trust products that empower users to grow their wealth.

case studies
that can highlight who you are as a designer, how you think and work, and your skills. Portfolios that only include screenshots of the final output will not be considered.

What you will do:

Lead the crypto & wealth design vision
– Drive the future state of our investment suite, ensuring a cohesive experience across Crypto, Stocks, and Insurance while hitting key business milestones.
Simplify complex financial concepts
– Act as the bridge between technical financial systems and the user, making high-stakes actions like trading, staking, and fund management feel safe and intuitive.
Deeply understand the users
– You will be the advocate of our users within the broader team, equipped with the knowledge and insight gained through conducting user research sessions, learning from previous insights, reading data reports or running benchmarking studies.
Deliver polished, intuitive and accessible user experiences
– Your designs are balanced and pragmatic that takes into account the ideal experience, our brand and design language, technical constraints, business priorities and risk factors.
Work closely with stakeholders
– You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers and other business stakeholders to understand product requirements and priorities, and influence the product experience with innovative UX and design solutions.
Manage design assets
– You'll ensure that all design artefacts you create (from user journey maps to prototypes and final UI designs) are aligned with the rest of the app, and help develop new patterns, styles, guidelines and best practices.

What we are looking for:

Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication Design, Motion Design, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of experience in designing B2C digital products and services
Experience in designing for cross platform (iOS, Android, web, tablet, etc.)
Experience in launching large scale products
Track record of collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and/or product teams on technical implementation
Fluency with storytelling and other communication tools that enable persuasive communicate findings to a non-technical audience
Experience in implementing design systems is a plus
Experience in digital banking, digital payments and financial services is a plus
Experience in designing for B2B, SaaS or enterprise software is a plus
Experience in accessibility is a plus.
