    The Treasury Supervisor is responsible in monitoring and controlling processes concerning company's cash flow. The position is responsible in optimizing cash resources in the areas of cash planning, check preparation and disbursement as guided by the company policies and procedures.

    SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Updates daily transactions of cash positions based on passbook and coordinates with bank for amount verification
    • Oversees and checks payment journal and petty cash reports
    • Ensures proper payroll crediting process including store incentives
    • Processes e-filing and accurate BIR payments. Files BIR e-sales for BIR compliance. Responsible in annualization of BIR form 1604E
    • Uploads online cheques and verifies completeness through NAV
    • Processes sales invoice for SM consignments
    • Processes VAT remittances by collating sales and VAT summary
    • Converts, processes and uploads online payments for SSS and HDMF
    • Monitors TSA payment of stocks
    • Updates gross and net sales for all stores on a monthly basis
    • Processes business permits breakdown and certification
    • Provides support to other duties and tasks as needed as required by Immediate Superior

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking, Business Administration or equivalent
    • With at least minimum 2 years experience in the field
    • Knowledge on banking relations and cash flow management
    • Trustworthy and with high regards to confidentiality
    • Very keen to details, accurate and methodological
    • Strategic, adaptable and able to meet deadlines
    • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel with strong mathematical skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Has the ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision
