Dempsey Resources Management Inc is HIRINGHR MANAGER – with knowledge and experience in labor laws, compensation and benefits,organizational planning and development, HR discipline, recruitment and selection, employee relations,safety and training.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage, create, implement and supervise policies and regulations
• Plan, direct and coordinate the administrative function of the organization
• Oversee/handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety
• Consult with management on strategic planning and serves as a link between management andits employees/staff
• Handle staffing issues, mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
