Job Description

• Support the Operation Manager in ensuring all projects are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Assist the Operations Team in the improvement of operational management system by drafting manuals, forms, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Purchase materials and ensure warehouse and office efficiency.
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
• Support the department by ensuring that production costs is based on the budget per project.
• Supervise projects from ingress to egress. Ensuring that Sales Team has an enough support to execute the project onsite
• Organize and prepare the logistics and food consumption of fabrication team based on the budget per project.
• Assist the Operation Manager in the implementation of discipline practices to the Fabrication Team.
• Collaborate with HR Department in terms of payroll and timekeeping, recruitment, and training of Fabrication Team.
• Establish relationships with the client and internal project stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Manage third-party suppliers, and contracts and prepare price quotes, and internal documents to support the event organization.
• Plan and ensure the successful execution of projects that may happen at the local or international level, within budget and approved procedures.
• Prepare a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Create a budget proposal and cost estimate based on requirements.
• Scout vendors, subcontractors, designers and other suppliers that are necessary to the project.
• Prepare reports needed such as production report, post event report, documentation, etc.
• Should be willing to travel for out of town and overseas project.
• Manage third-party suppliers, and contracts and prepare event proposals, price quotes, and internal documents to support the event organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relative
• With at least 2 years experience in construction and project management is preferred
• License is not required
• With strong organizational and project management skills
• Must be computer savvy
• Willing to travel locally or internationally
• Amenable to work asap
