• Analyze, review plans & specifications, attend pre-bid and construction meetings, and monitor construction activities, prepare reports management if a problem arises that needs proper action
• Transmit correspondences and memoranda to all project groups on useful information and/or lessons learned from and to each project group
• Random check on the quality of works, construction methods and perform material testing on ongoing housing units, land development, and open space amenities to confirm product compliance with the design and specification
• Monitors and submits reports for ongoing projects in all groups from time to time
• Performs Research & Development work related to quality assurance.
  
  

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering. Must be licensed
• With atleast 2-3yrs experience in Construction Management, Midrise/Highrise Projects
• With knowledge of QC inspection and different materials testing and procedures
• Willing to be assigned in Gensan
• Can start asap with ready requirements
