    o Maintain detailed records ofdisbursements, including invoices,receipts, and paymentconfirmations.*2o Ensure all documentation isproperly filed and organized forauditing purposes.

    Compliance:

    o Adhere to company policies andprocedures related todisbursements.o Stay informed about relevantfinancial regulations andcompliance requirements.o Collaborate with the finance andlegal teams to ensure compliancewith internal and externalregulations.


    Communication:
    o Communicate with internaldepartments to obtain necessaryinformation for disbursementprocessing.o Address inquiries and concernsfrom vendors, suppliers, andinternal stakeholders regardingpayments.

    Vendor Management:
    o Build and maintain positiverelationships with vendors andsuppliers.o Address any discrepancies orissues related to paymentspromptly and professionally.

    System Management:

    o Utilize financial systems andsoftware to processdisbursements efficiently.o Work closely with IT or relevantdepartments to troubleshoot anytechnical issues related todisbursement systems.


    Reporting:
    o Generate regular reports ondisbursement activities formanagement review.3o Provide insights andrecommendations for processimprovement.
