Job summary
The ACM Change Manager will lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption engagement and sustainability of new digital tools processes and governance models in alignment with the Empower initiative.Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development Human Resources Business Administration Information Technology or related field.* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in change management organizational transformation or digital adoption projects.* Experience leading change initiatives in large organizations* Strong understanding of change management methodologies e.g Prosci ADKAR Kotter Lewin* Familiarity with digital transformation automation and low-code/no-code platforms e.g Microsoft Power Platform* Knowledge of stakeholder analysis communication planning training design and benefits realization* Understanding of organizational culture resistance management and employee engagement strategiesResponsibilities
