    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    · Create, manage, and post regular content and messaging for all CEK social media channels.

    · Respond to comments as required and report any problems or negative social interactions immediately.

    · Manage our employee social media advocacy platform.

    · Stay up to date with social media trends and current best practices.

    · Track and report social media analytics as required.

    · Demonstrate excellent judgment in determining content for posting.

    · Assist other areas of vivo CEK in their social media efforts by overseeing accounts in various departments within the company as assigned.

    · Communicate virtually and in-person with people at all levels of vivo.

    · Occasionally attend meetings as part of the Trade Marketing team with individuals and departments to discuss their social media needs and requests.

    · Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced Marketing environment.

    . Communicate and collaborate with vivo colleagues who assist in generating social media content.

    Job Qualifications:

    · Must be at least a bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Mass Communication or Equivalent, etc., with 1-2 years of experience are also welcomed to apply.

    · Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist.

    · Solid account and customer community management.

    · Experience in project management, knowledge of online marketing, and social media advertising.

    · Strong analytical and planning skills.

    · Excellent communication and presentation skills, and good image temperament.

    · Excellent problem-solving skills.

    · Must be a positive, aggressive, and creative attitude to the work.

    · Must be presentable and confident, very persuasive.

    · Must be confident to lead various events such as hosting live streams and similar activities.

    · Outstanding organizational abilities and strategic thinking.

    · Proficient in MS Office and social media, especially with TikTok platform.

    · Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and video editing are not required but an advantage.

    · CAN START ASAP &Willing to work in BGC. Taguig.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
