    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The social media specialist oversees the company's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on social media platforms. Duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build a strong community online.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Timely creation, monitoring, and execution of content calendars
    • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand
    • Work with the marketing team in developing impactful social media marketing campaigns
    • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media accounts as required by client/s
    • Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
    • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities
    • Development and execution of media plans based on historic data or industry standards at the least
    • Produce monthly reports with educated insights and recommendations based on the brands' performance

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Web Proficiency
    • Social Media savvy
    • Proficient Reporting and Analytics Skills
    • Able to follow trends that will shape and make Enderun Marketing brands digital leaders in the digital marketing field
    • Strong brand marketing experience
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
