- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration/Logistics/Business/Finance
- Atleast 2 years working experience in Sea, and Air Logistics
- Preferably with experience in Freight Forwarding/Customs Brokerage
- Basic Microsoft Excel Skills
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms
- Basic knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Schedule and Customs regulations
- Preferrably with previous experience using Wisetech CargoWise1 Customs Software
- Advanced English Proficiency

· Preparation and presentation of Import/Export Customs Documentation· Use of Internal and External Computer Systems
· Control / distribution of all relevant documentation
· Resolution of Customer queries / issues via email/systems
· Work within Customer SOPs/WIs
· Prioritise task Management - incoming entry requests/other incoming communications
· Data validity checks
· Highlight/escalate issues to KNUK responsible management/colleagues
· Work within defined SLA's
