    Description:

    • Recording & posting of Purchase Order and Receiving Report
    • Recording & posting of Sales Order. Delivery Receipts & Sales Invoice
    • Ensures that all Sales Book are tally with Sales Report submitted
    • Prepare Monthly Report on Purchases and Issuances
    • Monthly Review of Cost of Sales
    • Preparation of adjusting entries if need
    • Perform other task assigned

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy/Accounting Technology or equivalent
    • With at least 2 years work experience on similar field
    • With good communication skills and ability to work well with people
    • Familiar with general accounting
    • Proficient in MS application (excel, word, etc)
    • With - in depth experience in all facet of accounting such as AR, AP, Cost and on various Financial Statements
    • An experience in doing inventory cycles is an advantage
    WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday ( 8am - 5pm)
