- Supervise the timely processing of payables and on-time transmittal of checks. Make sure deadlines and cut-offs are properly adhered to
- Supervise the filing of processed AP, check vouchers and other documents, and proper labelling of boxes for easy retrieval of documents.
- Monitor monthly due dates for recurring fees are paid on time.
- Monitor and maintain minimal amount of Unliquidated CAs. Close hanging CAs timely.
- Reconcile Suppliers SOA against invoices processed in the system. Reconcile RF disputes.
- Maintains accurate AP Aging report.
- Fill up Customer Information sheet as needed by Suppliers and provide supporting documents.
- Records monthly accrual and adjusting entries.
- Appraise and develop staffs.
