- Manage end-to-end accounting processes using QuickBooks Online, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and accurate documentation of supporting records
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions while monitoring cash flow and tracking receivables and payables
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
- Prepare financial statements and management reports for internal stakeholders
- Use Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data, generate reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance-related documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information and improve accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-cycle accounting role
- Experience working with US-based companies or international accounting standards preferred
- Strong working experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience supporting month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial work
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
