Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Makati. In this role,
you will be responsible for managing end-to-end background verification processes for new hires.
You will ensure timely initiation, tracking,
escalation, and closure of background checks by coordinating with vendors,
recruiters, HR stakeholders,
and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Initiate employee background checks through approved vendor systems in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Monitor
& track background check progress and results for all new hires,
ensuring timely completion. - & flag discrepancies,
& flags,
& issues requiring further action.
