    Profile Requirements:

    • Senior SDR Experience: 5.5+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Sales Operations, or Appointment-Setting role within B2B environments, with demonstrated ability to support sales closers.
    • CRM & Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience working inside HubSpot or similar CRMs, with comfort navigating automation, workflows, reporting, and evolving pipeline structures.
    • Strong Communication & Professional Presence: Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or American-aligned communication style suitable for outbound calls, follow-ups, and executive-level coordination.
    • Operational Discipline & Organization: Proven ability to manage high volumes of opportunities, follow-ups, and administrative tasks without losing accuracy, momentum, or attention to detail.
    • Construction, Signage, or Project-Based Sales Exposure: Industry experience in signage, construction, engineering, commercial services, or other project-driven B2B sales environments strongly preferred.
    • Autonomous & Process-Driven Mindset: Comfortable operating with limited day-to-day supervision, following established processes, adapting to iterative systems, and supporting a pilot program designed to scale across a national sales team.

    Core responsibilities:

    • Opportunity Intake & Qualification Support: Own the intake of pre-sourced opportunities using existing lead resources, evaluate basic fit against defined signage project criteria, and route qualified opportunities through the internal sales process for management review.
    • Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Coordination: Set and manage initial meetings between qualified prospects and sales leadership, ensuring scheduling volume aligns with internal capacity and does not overwhelm available closers.
    • CRM Management & Process Adherence: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot, including activity logging, deal stages, follow-ups, notes, and pipeline hygiene as the CRM environment continues to evolve.
    • Follow-Up & Deal Resuscitation: Proactively manage follow-ups with stalled, unresponsive, or previously contacted prospects to re-engage opportunities and prevent deals from falling through the cracks.
    • Sales Operations & Admin Support: Handle sales-related paperwork, internal routing, documentation, and organization required to keep opportunities moving smoothly from intake through handoff.
    • Cross-Team Sales Coordination: Work closely with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure opportunities are properly queued, prioritized, and handed off at the right stage of the sales cycle.
