    Role Overview:
    Collection work on accounts to minimize bad debt losses, support collections, and profitable sales.


    Role Responsibility:

    • Making outbound calls and following up to customers with delinquent accounts in a professional and courteous manner, and discussing overdue payments, payment options and negotiating payment terms to bring accounts current.
    • Manages invoice inquiries and transmittal, collection notices, and reconciliation reports
    • Ensures effective and efficient collections for the customer accounts, including settlement within the contract guidelines.
    • Meeting performance targets and goals related to call volume, collection rates, and customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any business course.
    • At least one (1) year of relevant experience in Collections/Recovery Management/Accounts Receivable.
    • Experience in collection service, customer service is a plus
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Must be willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City.
