Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Call Center Trainer with a strong background in sales and customer engagement to join our team.We are looking for someone who has proven experience in call center sales, understands consultative selling techniques, and can effectively coach agents to meet and exceed revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will design and facilitate sales-focused training programs for inbound and outbound agents,
- Coach agents on objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques
- and provide constructive feedback to improve conversion rates
- and quality teams to align training with business goals
- and recommend improvements
A Call Center Trainer or Sales Coach background is required.
