    We are seeking a highly skilled Web Designer to craft outstanding user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for elegant and impactful web design, coupled with exceptional skills in user interface design.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design Execution: Manage all aspects of visual design from initial concept to the final hand-off to the engineering team.
    • Innovative Conceptualization: Develop original website design concepts that simplify and address complex challenges, enhancing user friendliness.
    • Design Articulation: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
    • Presentation and Advocacy: Present and uphold design decisions and key project deliverables to both peers and senior stakeholders.
    • Guideline Development: Establish and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the organization.

    Essential Qualifications

    • Experience: Proven track record as a web designer with a robust portfolio showcasing your skills.
    • Technical Skills: Strong experience in developing wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
    • Software Skills: Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools. Skilled in Shopify platform design and customization.
    • Coding Knowledge: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
    • Agile Experience: Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
    • Design Sensibility: Excellent visual design acumen with a keen understanding of user-system interaction.
    • Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative and effective problem-solving abilities.
    • Industry Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in Web design.
    • Education: BS/MS in Visual Arts, or a related field.
