    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Manager to take charge of our payroll functions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and timely payment of payroll expenses and taxes. Supervising our dedicated payroll team and collaborating with professionals from various departments will be key aspects of your role.

    We are looking for an individual who is analytical, methodical, and experienced in payroll administration. A deep understanding of payroll regulations is crucial. Additionally, we value qualities such as integrity, team spirit, and strong organizational skills.

    Your ultimate goal will be to maintain compliance, streamline payroll procedures for efficiency, and stay updated with current regulations and best practices.

    As our Global Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of the payroll function within a multinational organization. This role requires a deep understanding of global payroll processes, compliance, and a proactive approach to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across various countries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to local regulations.
    • Collaborate with payroll teams in different regions to streamline processes and implement best practices.
    • Manage payroll vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
    • Stay abreast of changes in global payroll regulations and ensure all payroll processes align with local tax laws and labor regulations.
    • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to implement changes and updates as needed.
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with other business functions.
    • Provide expertise and guidance on payroll-related matters.
    • Continuously assess and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Implement automation solutions where possible to streamline workflows and reduce manual errors.
    • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Generate and analyze payroll reports for management.
    • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll issues promptly and professionally.
    • Educate team on payroll-related policies and procedures.
    • Lead and develop a global payroll team, providing guidance, training, and support.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; additional certifications in payroll or related areas are a plus.
    • Proven experience in global payroll management, preferably in a multinational environment.
    • Strong understanding of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in payroll software and related technologies. UKG/Immedis Preferred.
