Job Description:
As an Associate III, Sales Support you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and supporting the sales team
Your responsibilities include:
Order Entry & Quotation
Order entry, order processing, contacting resellers for verifications
Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
Verify product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Review and validate order details to ensure compliance with company policies.
Sales Support
Provide administrative support to inside sales representatives.
Coordinate with sales management and customer service to handle order changes and escalations.
Prepare product and license quotes for pre-sales customers.
Account Monitoring
Track overall account activity for assigned customer groups.
Generate reports on market conditions, sales performance, and team metrics.
Collaboration & Communication
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., credit, logistics, supply chain).
Communicate order status and updates to stakeholders.
Handle routine issues and escalate complex ones when needed.
Qualifications:
College graduate of course; if High School Diploma, should have at least 3 years functional experience.
With at least 2 years BPO experience (preferably with quotation, order management experience)
Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage
Good English communication skills
Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
Willing to work on day shift (AU or NZ or SG time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly
