Job Purpose:
Responsible for performing sales and administrative support to ensure customer satisfaction andretention
Duties and Responsibilities :
Supervise/ oversee the delivery of the primary and secondary deliverables to the externalclients:
- Primary Deliverableso Submission of the master list (per request and scheduled)o Preparation and distribution of the Summary of Coverage (as needed)o Distributions of the List of Doctors and Hospitals (monthly or as needed)o Generating of utilization reports (per request and scheduled)o Tracker monitoring (IDs, Claims & Reimbursements, Affiliated Requests)
- Secondary DeliverablesEnsure the delivery of the additional card; Annual Check Up (on-site and offsite); Executive Check Up scheduling; Wellness Program Coordination
Supervise/ oversee the implementation of account installation and retention activities
Supervise/ oversee the conduction of sales and marketing campaigns toincrease account's number of enrollee/total membership fees as may be assigned bythe immediate head.
Coordinates with different support groups to immediately address client concerns.
Assists Accounts Officers (AOs) in the conducting of orientation sessions/presentations.
Assists Accounts Officers (AOs) in health fairs, helpdesks and other onsite activities.
Assists in the preparation of cash advance (meals), local travel forms and reimbursementsparticular to accounts.
Supervise/ oversee the coordination of wellness lectures and programs.
Receives and handles phone-in and written client inquiries and concerns on membership,claims, billing and availment specific to their unit.
Elevates major client concerns and request for approval to immediate head.
Ensures the strict adherence of the support group units to the turn-around-time (TAT) forthe timely delivery of the deliverables to external client as mentioned above.
