    Be the quality champion behind a high‑performing healthcare recruitment team

    We're looking for a Quality Analyst who can elevate recruiter performance, ensure compliance, and maintain the highest standards across our healthcare recruitment operations.

    What You'll Do

    • Audit recruiter calls, submissions, and documentation for accuracy and compliance
    • Validate candidate credentials, licenses, and certifications
    • Review ATS entries and recruiter notes to ensure completeness and quality
    • Identify gaps in screening, matching, and documentation
    • Provide structured feedback and improvement recommendations
    • Track quality metrics and trends across the team
    • Support calibration sessions to align evaluation standards
    • Prepare weekly QA insights and reports
    • Strengthen overall recruitment quality and candidate experience

    What We're Looking For

    • 2–4+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment or RPO QA
    • Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, credentials, and compliance
    • Experience reviewing recruiter output and documentation
    • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Comfortable giving feedback and driving quality improvements
    • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment workflows
    • Open to a hybrid work setup (McKinley)
