    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Mandaluyong for a Human Resources Supervisor. The HR Supervisor will be handling Labor Relations and Employee Engagement and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of labor relations, fostering positive employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role requires a strong background in labor relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degeree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in labor relations, employee engagement, or a related field.
    • Substantial work experience in labor relations within a unionized company.
    • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and best practices.
    • Strng negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
    • Proven track record of successfully implementing employee engagement programs.
