    Your Role in the Bigger Picture

    Be part of our client's team as a Growth & Operations Associate, where you will support business development, marketing operations, and sales execution. You work closely with senior leaders, manage pipelines, coordinate outreach, and turn strategy into consistent action-ensuring follow-through, accuracy, and momentum across global growth initiatives.

    Shift: Night Shift (PH Time: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM), Consecutive days off

    The Qualifications We Seek

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or professional services preferred
    • Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail
    • Highly organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented work style
    • Comfortable working across CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and productivity software
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision

    Your Daily Tasks
    Client-Facing Support

    • Research target accounts, decision-makers, and ownership structures
    • Build and maintain prospect lists using CRM or tracking tools
    • Prepare detailed account briefs ahead of sales calls
    • Draft first-pass outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
    • Schedule meetings and manage follow-up cadence
    • Track pipeline activity and opportunity status
    • Monitor RFP and RFQ portals and flag relevant opportunities

    Marketing & Sales Enablement

    • Coordinate content calendars across email, LinkedIn, and blog channels
    • Repurpose long-form content into social posts, emails, and talking points
    • Draft case study outlines and client success summaries
    • Assist with website copy updates and content structure
    • Prepare campaign performance summaries
    • Manage email marketing tools, including lists, segmentation, and sends
    • Draft pitch decks, sales one-pagers, and proposal content from templates

    Market & Competitive Intelligence

    • Conduct competitive and industry research
    • Track trends relevant to client verticals
    • Monitor competitor messaging and campaigns
    • Maintain shared market intelligence resources

    Internal Practice Support

    • Draft LinkedIn posts in the executive's voice based on provided inputs
    • Track engagement metrics and recommend optimizations
    • Maintain relationship trackers for partners, referrals, and clients
    • Draft check-in and follow-up communications
    • Support pipeline tracking and proposal management
    • Document SOPs and build reusable templates
    • Assist with webinars, workshops, and packaged offerings

    Administrative Support

    • Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
    • Perform inbox triage and draft responses
    • Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
    • Organize files across shared systems
    • Prepare weekly activity summaries
