    About the Job:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Sales Agent to join our team in U.S. Its a leading Financial institution dedicated in providing excellent financial services to our customers.

    A Financial Sales Agent plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive financial guidance and support to clients. As a Financial Sales agent, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping individuals and businesses make informed decisions regarding their financial situation and financial goal.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Handle Outbound inquiries from US consumers about personal financing.
    • Efficiently complete quick personal finance application forms and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
    • Communicate with customers to gather additional information or clarification regarding their loan applications.
    • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding loan application, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
    • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess risk and make informed lending decisions.
    • Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing and underwriting.
    • Adhere to compliance guidelines and internal policies to ensure a high level of integrity and risk management.
    • Strong understanding of the US financial industry, especially related to consumer finance.
    • Knowledge of credit ratings, their implications and how they impact financing decisions.
    • Familiarity with basic standard and practices of financing in the U.S.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S or Australian campaigns, preferably in credit card or personal finance.
    • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
