    FIELD SERVICE MANAGERJOB PROFILE AND DESCRIPTION:
    Technical Service Supervisor-Switchgear is involved in assisting the Field Service Manager inthe related field of engineering.

    He/she is involved in managing all the field work related todevelopment of projects from conducting surveys to carrying out quality controls.

    TechnicalService Supervisor-Switchgear aids in proper functioning of the entire engineering project.
    He assists the Technical Head in almost all the aspects of project development. They areinvolved in conducting project related surveys, product development, manpowerimprovement, etc. They design, develop and maintain electrical control systems and/orcomponents to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality andsustainability.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    Field Service Engineering:

    • Conducts technical inspections.
    • Conducts in-progress and final job inspection and management

    Technical Product Liability Management:

    • Implements policy and procedures for all product liability issues.
    • Reports on all product liability issues.
    • Coordinates the activity of other technical members in product liability matters

    Customer Service Accountability:

    • Instills and maintains high standards of instrumentation service towards the objective ofcomplete customer satisfaction

    Support of Others Departments Accountability:

    • Provides support and assistance to group Sales and Marketing Departments as required

    Administrative Accountability:

    • Provides coaching and training to customers, end users, and group departments asrequired maintaining high levels of customer service.
