    We are a pharmaceutical organization seeking a senior commercial leader to oversee national sales operations and accelerate portfolio growth across prescription and/or consumer health products.

    This role will be accountable for shaping the overall sales direction, strengthening field execution, and building strategic partnerships across healthcare institutions and trade channels.

    What You Will Be Accountable For

    • Define and execute nationwide commercial plans aligned with overall business objectives
    • Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization, including regional managers and frontline representatives
    • Strengthen in-field execution through structured territory management, targeting, and performance monitoring
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key trade partners
    • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
    • Monitor sales performance and market dynamics to identify risks and growth opportunities
    • Oversee sales planning processes including forecasting, resource allocation, incentives, and productivity measures
    • Champion ethical standards and ensure adherence to applicable pharmaceutical regulations and industry codes

    What We Are Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
    • Significant leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry
    • Demonstrated track record in driving revenue growth and managing multi-level sales teams
    • Strong understanding of compliance standards governing pharmaceutical promotion
    • Highly developed strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation capabilities
