Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 13 years of experience in an HR role.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and knowledge of employee relations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
