About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant who will support daily business operations while managing key HR responsibilities. This role requires someone organized, dependable, and capable of overseeing HR processes to ensure smooth operations and full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support:
- Assist in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and workflow execution.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with different departments to support overall operational goals.
- Provide reports and updates to the Operations Manager and senior management.
- Collaborate with Support, Training, and Workforce teams to optimize operations.
- Prepare operational reports and assist in client communications and business reviews.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to manage budget forecasts, cost control, and ensure alignment with operational expenses.
HR Duties:
- Oversee employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation
- Handle employee relations concerns and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including DOLE requirements, and maintain accurate records of HR activities.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and HR activities
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
- Handle employee relations and manage disciplinary processes, including NTE, CA, and NOD.
- Supervise and guide team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and consultation to management and staff on HR matters, employee engagement, and workplace best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of Human Resource & Supervisory experience.
- Leadership and supervisory experience required.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR best practices.
- Knowledgeable in handling employee relations and disciplinary processes, including NTE, CA, and NOD.
- Familiar with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to commit to a two year contract.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
