- Work Arrangement: Onsite
- Review loan accounts to ensure compliance with Bank and Regulatory policies and procedures.
- Identify and assess risks in credit processes and implement quality controls to mitigate these risks.
- Utilize credit competency and extensive knowledge of policies and processes, considering high financial, operational, compliance, reputational, and customer service implications.
- College graduate of any four (4) year course related to business management, economics, and banking and finance.
- Proven track record with at least 2 years experience in processing consumer loan applications.
- Preferably with 2 years of work experience in Consumer Business and Quality Control.
- Can perform independent financial and credit analysis.
- Proficient in oral, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- With working knowledge in Credit Underwriting and Risk Management.
- Willing to work onsite.
