Job summary and duties
- Administrative Support: Performing general office tasks, managing data, handling documents, and providing support to logistics and administrative tasks.
- Logistics Coordination: Overseeing the fulfillment cycle for scheduling and coordinating across all organization.
- Data Management: Documenting, analyzing costs, and tracking of incident related to assigned tasks.
- Operational Support: Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations both for logistics and administration.
Required qualifications and skills
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or logistics support role.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfort with Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Communication: Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Can work under pressure
- Flexible and detailed oriented individual.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
