The Administrative Assistant – Cashier plays a vital role in supporting the daily financial and administrative operations of the Property Management Office.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to all concerns received from unit owners/homeowners/tenants and endorse to concerned personnel (Board of Directors, Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager/Biller)

  • Process permits, IDs, and gate & delivery passes, move in/out for lot owners/homeowners/tenants.

  • Maintain updated Master list of lot owners/homeowners/tenants.

  • Maintain consistent communication with residents; ensure all scheduled and unscheduled PMO activities are circularized.
